Mr. Rocha has been living and working in Costa Rica since 2001. In 2005 Mr. Rocha founded Rock Property Management S.A. in Jaco, a residential property management company focused on short-term vacation rentals for tourists and Costa Rican nationals. Prior to starting Rock Property Management, he worked in management positions for luxury hotels in Costa Rica and Mexico. He currently lives with his wife and three children in Jaco. His studies include a BS in Business Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, a Hotel Management Diploma at Ecole Hoteliere de Geneve in Geneva, Switzerland, and a Certification in Rooms Management from the Professional Development Program of the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Mr. Rocha, a native Mexican and now a Costa Rican citizen, is fluent in English, Spanish and French. He lives with his wife, Nuri, and children.
